Ode to Melancholy

"She dwells with Beauty—Beauty that must die"

This is my favorite line in the poem because it shows that in life all beauty dies, and it is the circle of life. It also means that the "she" is full of beauty, but it is sort of too good to be true because the beauty must die.

You cannot take things for-granted in life because not everything lasts forever, and the most beautiful and perfect things go away. So sometimes, things are too good to be true, and other times, things don't last forever, so you have to cherish it while it does last.
